Administration
Administrators set up the key building blocks of the application using three Settings modules. These modules define how the system works for your organization and ensure it aligns with your business structure and processes.
The Settings area is organized into three main sections. Each section allows administrators to configure a different aspect of the system, such as how data is structured, how users interact with the system, and how processes are controlled.
Cash FlowSettings
Include all financial structure components, such as Entities, Cost Centers, Trading Partners, Projects, Financial Flows, Special Functions,Treasury, and Document Types.
Registrations Settings
Provide the core setup for users and other reference data, including Users, Holidays, Indexes and Currencies, and Workflow Management.
Options Settings
Allow administrators to configure system behavior and monitor activity, including System Settings, Processes, Special Functions, and Logs.
Only administrators can access and manage these settings, as changes made here affect the entire organization.
