Logs

The Logs page shows a detailed list of actions and events that happen in Cash Management. It helps you monitor the system, audit user activity, and troubleshoot issues.

Access the Logs page

Navigate to Options Settings > Logs.

Filter logs

  1. Use filter options to narrow your results. You can filter logs by:

    • Date range: Select a start and end date.
    • Site: Choose the type of process you want to view.

    • User: Choose a specific user

  2. Click Filter to apply your selections.

 Note:  If you do not apply any filters, you will see all logs recorded since the system was first created.

Search for specific records

Use the search field at the top of the page to look for a particular action or event. Just enter a keyword to quickly find matching records.
