Changes in the current flow

On the Changes in the Current Flow page, you can review all modifications made to documents within the Cash Management system. These include updates to due dates, financial classifications, and other adjustments that affect the current cash flow.

This feature enhances internal auditing and traceability by keeping a record of all document modifications, including those made after import or release

Access the Changes in the current flow page

Navigate to Cash flow> Changes in the current flow

This page displays:

  • Detailed information for each document

  • Summary panels at the top showing totals for the changed values

This feature supports internal auditing and traceability by recording every modification made to documents, even after they have been imported or released.

The Changes in the Current Flow page is useful for:

  • Identifying undocumented manual adjustments in other reports

  • Detecting inconsistencies in financial planning

  • Verifying the authenticity of the current cash flow data

 Note:
  • Only changes made within Prophix One – Cash Management are shown.

  • Changes made directly in the ERP system after integration will not appear unless a new import or synchronization is performed.
